What You'll Do
As a Landscaping Team Member, you'll help create exceptional outdoor spaces by:

Installing trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plant material

Installing mulch, pine needles, and seasonal color
-
Assisting with grading and drainage improvements

Building and installing hardscapes, including pavers, retaining walls, and natural stone features
-
Assisting with irrigation system installations and upgrades
-
Safely operating equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors
-
Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites

Physical Requirements

Lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year
-
Perform physically demanding tasks including digging, grading, raking, lifting, and operating equipment

Complete full, active workdays safely and efficiently
This is hands-on work for people who enjoy building and seeing the results of their effort.
